You’ve tried looking into ways to help yourself but let’s be honest, whatever you’ve tried so far hasn’t worked. That’s why you’re still searching.

Yes. There is.

I offer a solution to your current situation, to start living rather than just existing. There is absolutely no reason you cannot have a life of contentment, one of purpose, one of joy.

To start my coaching programme, book a consultation online. In the first consultation, I will take a thorough and complete medical history including, but not limited to:

  • Your current problem(s).

  • About you as a person - your likes and dislikes, job, family

  • Stressors in your life, so things that cause you to feel the way you do e.g job, relationships, people, weight, finances, loneliness.

  • How you are feeling, including a mood assessment to uncover any issues that you are not currently aware of.

  • Things you have already tried.

  • Any medical conditions and medications you take.

If you don’t know the answers to any of the above, this is absolutely fine.

Life is a journey of discovery. A fabulous you already exists. I just help you to unearth it.

I would encourage you to bring any hospital or medical letters also. As a medical doctor, I am able to work alongside my healthcare colleagues. Also, my course can be done alongside other therapy modalities such as CBT.

I use mindfulness meditation as the basis of the work we will be doing together. Each session in the 6-week course:

  • is one hour

  • includes a review of your progress at each stage

  • has a formal mindfulness meditation session - which is the basis of mental reprogramming. My clients often refer to this as a mental spa day, you will feel refreshed and rejuvenated afterwards!

  • teaching specific methods you can use in your everyday life, to help protect you against whatever life throws your way

  • two free journals

Usually, sessions are once a week, at a time convenient to you.

In between sessions, I will give you a personalised mindfulness meditation recording, in the form of a mp3, for you to listen to. You can sample a track from the shop. This will reinforce the work in our sessions, leading to long-lasting change.
